Join us as a Construction Supervisor at Great Day Improvements. As a technical construction and product installation expert in our core products—windows, sunrooms (if required), doors, siding—you will manage, train, and hold your team accountable to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while maintaining the highest quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Technical construction expert: remeasure windows, entry doors, siding, and/or sunrooms; determine when and where tempered glass is required; ensureும compliance with Champion Engineering and construction best practices.
• Customer satisfaction: conduct job‑site visits or phone calls, address concerns, and inform Install Manager once a concern is identified.
• Project management: oversee in‑house and subcontractor crews to achieve revenue goals; ensure projects are measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, fully completed, and balance due in full; continuously monitor revenue forecast and actuals.
• Safety & policy:
  Manchester maintain a safe working environment in compliance with regulations; complete required safety training; train employees and subcontractors; ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Other: early start times; may require Saturday work.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training or related certification a plus.
• Clean driving record and solid attendance.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
• Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window, door, and siding projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• Ability to adjust and re‑prioritize workflow daily.
• Ability to ensure jobs are completed in compliance with written safety policies.
