• Lead day‑to‑day operations to ensure residents receive excellent care and support.
• Mentor, coach, and develop your team while creating a dependable, engaged work environment.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Work closely with sales and manage budgets to support census and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with state  and uphold Agemark’s standards for care and service.
• Represent the community within the Greater Omaha area and maintain positive local connections.

• Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience working in or overseeing memory care, assisted living, or independent living is helpful.
• A steady, approachable leader who can support staff and hold them accountable.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort with MS Office 365 and web‑based systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience managing people and budgets.

Annual salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
