Program / Project Manager, General Management, Operations Manager
Lead a crew of two to four people to complete projects that meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Accountable for management of job specs, training, tools, equipment, and vehicle.
Coordinate and huddle daily with manager.
Accurate entry of time and material allocations in Aspire software.
Ensures each job is kept on time and on budget, while providing exceptional service and quality.
Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with our company values.
Operate a snowplow and truck during the snow removal season.
