General Maintenance Associate

We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Associate to help maintain and enhance the physical condition of our multi-family and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative and cares about keeping properties clean, safe, and presentable.

• Perform ground maintenance, including trash pickup, weeding, and watering
• Inspect and maintain common areas to ensure properties are clean and well-kept
• Check vacant commercial units
• Complete light janitorial duties and minor maintenance tasks
• Inspect buildings and grounds, reporting needed repairs or unusual conditions to your supervisor
• Assist the Supervisor as needed, including monitoring inventory of supplies
• Follow company safety procedures and emergency protocols
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Take on additional duties and new responsibilities as assigned

• Dependable and punctual, reporting to assigned properties on time
• Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision
• Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures
• Valid driver’s license, required insurance, and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
