Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro
.

Pay:Starting at $19.00+ per hour based upon experience

- One year of experience performing building maintenance
- HVA C system knowled ge is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license is required
- Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily
- Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care
- Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting
- Documenting completed work
- Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner
- Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled
