Maintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist)$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist) to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of school building systems, with a strong emphasis on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Maintain supply inventories
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel
- Support school events and operations
- Service pool equipment and ensure safe water chemical levels
