QualificationsProspective Independent Contractors are required to provide the following documentation:
- Valid Business License, LLC or Incorporated Status
- Worker's Compensation Insurance

- Additional verifiable business references
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Favorable results from background investigations
- Minimum of 1-year commercial janitorial cleaning experience required
