Overview
A company is looking for an Attorney, Legal Resources and Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain organization-wide legal resources and provide technical assistance on immigration-related topics
- Support strategic engagement in litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel
- Lead the Legal Pathways That Work initiative, ensuring quality and accuracy of employment-based immigration resources
- J.D. and 3-5 years of experience in immigration law or a combination of immigration and employment law
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with employment law is preferred
- High degree of comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
