Corporate Associate Attorney - Omaha

Description

Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with three to five years of experience to join our growing Corporate Finance Division in our Omaha office.

Qualifications

Required:

Active Nebraska attorney license. Three to five years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, leveraged buyouts, or capital markets. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience: Corporate governance matters, venture capital investments, private equity offerings, Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K filings, proxy statements, and other capital markets transactions.

Applicants should be prepared to collaborate on teams serving sophisticated, national clients on dynamic, fast‑paced transactions.
