Key Responsibilities
Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required Qualifications
JD from an ABA approved school
Active bar license in the State of Washington
8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
