Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory Virtual Vocations

A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory & Commercial.
Responsibilities- Support the General Counsel in various legal matters, including regulatory compliance and commercial contracting
- Provide legal guidance on FDA and FTC compliance for dietary supplements and wellness products
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership
- Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on FDA and FTC regulatory matters
- Experience in advertising review, product labeling compliance, and claims substantiation
- Ability to advise cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate and commercial law with a focus on regulatory compliance
