Baird Holm LLP Is Seeking a Real Estate Attorney With 3 Or More Years Of Law Firm Or Government Law Experience With The Following Background
The candidate must have all of the following experience and skills:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
- Strong academic history
- Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and robust work ethic
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects
The ideal candidate would have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Understanding of energy, corporate, finance, natural resources and environmental, construction, or tax credits
- Familiarity with conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings
- Prior experience with litigation, permitting, land use, and zoning
