Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base (skill dependent) + uncapped commissions

John T. Turco & Associates, PC, LLO is hiring an Associate Attorney to join our consumer & small business bankruptcy practice. This role is ideal for attorneys early in their careers who want meaningful client work, strong mentorship, and a long-term specialty.

• Conduct client intake & evaluate options
• Review tax returns, bank statements, and other financials
• Collaborate closely with experienced paralegals
• Draft & file bankruptcy petitions
• Lead petition review & signing appointments (in person, phone, or video)
• Represent clients in telephonic/Zoom 341 meetings
• Handle occasional in person adversary proceedings
• Maintain accurate digital case files & deadlines
• Provide clear, compassionate client communication

• Modern advocacy: 341 meetings & most hearings telephonic/Zoom; occasional in person appearances for adversary proceedings

• No billable hour requirements
• Strong earnings potential (productive associates often exceed $100k–$120k)
