Required Qualifications and Skills 3-5+ years of Service Now development and platform engineering experience Expert-level understanding of Scoped App architecture and Service Now Studio Strong experience with Application Repository, update sets, and multi-instance deployments Proficiency with Integration Hub and enterprise authentication methods Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
