Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to be based onsite at a customer location in Downtown Omaha
. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of customer engagements by providing hands-on oversight, managing onsite employee relationships, and acting as a bridge between onsite teams and offshore delivery units.
The Delivery Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the customer, ensuring delivery excellence, operational transparency, and alignment between business objectives and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end oversight of assigned customer engagements
- Ensure contractual deliverables, SLAs, and milestones are met consistently
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery coordination with the customer
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points and drive timely resolution
- Manage and support onsite consultants and employees working at the customer location
- Foster strong employee engagement, morale, and retention
- Address day-to-day employee concerns, performance issues, and workplace coordination
- Ensure compliance with customer policies and organizational standards
- Coordinate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
- Translate customer expectations into clear execution plans for offshore teams
- Drive effective communication across time zones, ensuring clarity on priorities and timelines
- Monitor offshore delivery quality, productivity, and adherence to agreed processes
- Track delivery status, utilization, and operational metrics
- Provide regular status updates and reports to internal leadership and customer stakeholders
- Support demand forecasting, resource planning, and onboarding/offboarding activities
- Ensure delivery processes follow established governance and quality standards
- 8+ years of experience in IT services delivery, program management, or engagement management
- Proven experience working onsite with enterprise or Fortune 500 customers
- Strong experience managing distributed teams (onsite and offshore)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple priorities, and fast-paced environments
- Prior experience working with system integrators or managed services engagements
- Experience supporting staffing, project-based, or hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with governance models, SLAs, and delivery metrics
- Full-time onsite presence at customer office in Downtown Omaha
- High customer interaction and collaboration-oriented role
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
