We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale IT systems.
This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership across modern and legacy platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and financial systems, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems and solutions
- Architect solutions using modern technology stacks including Java-based microservices and event streaming with Kafka
- Guide front-end/UI architecture and product development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals
- Support integration across digital platforms including web, mobile, payments, digital banking, and merchant solutions
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards
- Provide leadership in project management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain awareness of hardware, software, and network system functions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
- Communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- 10+ years of experience in IT system development, design, and implementation
- 3+ years of experience in front-end/UI architecture and product development
- 3+ years of experience architecting solutions using microservices, cloud, and data platforms
- Experience with Java-based microservices and Kafka for event streaming
- Strong understanding of domain-driven design techniques
- Familiarity with unified digital platforms across financial services
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect business operations with technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with mainframe systems
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance
