We’re looking for a talented Principal Data Analytics Consultant who specializes in Power BI to help our customers gain tangible value from their data. Our consulting services emphasize analytics enablement, data visualization, data preparation, and data science. We specialize in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Platform, and Snowflake.

• Deliver on project‑based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization.
• Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports and running working sessions to proactively solicit feedback.
• Create reporting and data visualization solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and tune product performance or deployment issues when required.
• Support or assist with backlog support and development.
• Identify and recommend functionality and solutions to meet and enhance user requirements.
• Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture.

• 7+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of external consulting experience.
• Expertise in data visualization and data modeling with Power BI.
• Power BI Service administration experience, including security roles and infrastructure set‑up.
• Expertise in DAX and Power Query.
• Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating to business users.
• Knowledge of SQL experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models (Snowflake preferred).
• Exceptional customer‑facing skills, including outstanding communication and project management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures.

• Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level.
• Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization, and project delivery.
• Data preparation experience using Alteryx or KNIME (or similar tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce).
