USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.

• Performs systems and network engineering and is responsible for engineering and deployment of the Rogue Blue SWF infrastructure layer (Server Infra, Network Devices, Storage Devices, VM-Ware Layer) across 3 classification levels.
• Builds and maintains infrastructure in support of converged, hyper-converged infrastructure to include storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Enables the rapid provisioning and deployment of standardized operating environments (e.g., virtual server and virtual network appliance assets) onto the network with automation.
• Compares existing designs of similar infrastructures and makes formal recommendations to make the infrastructure equivalent.
• Determines and documents the technical feasibility of designing, developing, engineering, and implementing capabilities to satisfy new requirements.

  BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience

  Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
• Required:
  
  Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
• Security Clearance:
  Minimum Top Secret. Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility. TS/SCI preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
