This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and deploy intelligent copilots, chatbots, and automated workflows using cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and UiPath.
YourImpact

- Create, test, and optimize prompt engineering frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources via APIs, connectors, and secure knowledge bases.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end process automations using Power Automate, UiPath, or Logic Apps.
- Orchestrate automation flows that leverage AI insights for decision-making and user engagement.
- Build reusable components, templates, and connectors for repeatable automation patterns.
- Partner with business process owners to analyze pain points and translate them into intelligent workflows.
- Administer and govern Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments, including DLP policies, ALM pipelines, tenant administration, and CI/CD deployment.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards defined by IT governance.
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot projects for business units and provide technical coaching to COE champions and power users.
- Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and internal training content.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering.
- Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, C#, Terraform, or Type Script.
- Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, Graph).
- Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and automation governance principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise-scale deployment concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Experience interacting with vendors and IT outsourcing partners.
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
