Responsibilities- Perform administration of production application systems under the direction of more senior staff including Service Now platform modules (ITSM, SAMPro, SPM, CMDB, etc.).
- Conduct technology implementation tasks under the direction of higher-level technical and managerial staff.
- Provide problem resolution of production application systems.
- Complete service requests related to assigned systems and Service Now workflows.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for production application systems including resolving Service Now incidents and requests.
- Research, review and analyze system modifications/patches/upgrades for applicability to assigned systems and Service Now platform updates.
- Produce and maintain system documentation.
- Assist with creating, testing, and deployment of new products, upgrades, and patches in Service Now (update sets and migration processes).
- Coordinate with Application Managers and product stakeholders.
- Occasionally work after-hours and weekends to complete special assignments, changes, or incident responses.
- Occasionally travel for operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolution
- Self-starter with the ability to perform assigned administration tasks with minimal supervision
