Healthcare IAM Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of IAM and cybersecurity initiatives, managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, and overall program quality
• Leads and develops IAM security teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day workload coordination
• Oversees user access administration, permissions, and controls while monitoring activity logs and responding to security incidents and escalations
• Ensures compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, driving remediation and risk reduction efforts
• Produces and presents IAM cybersecurity metrics and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual program effectiveness updates
• Partners with IT, project leadership, and business stakeholders to strengthen secure system access, incident response readiness, and security awareness training
