Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master

100% Onsite role from Day 1.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and ensure Agile best practices are followed to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as a Scrum Master, removing impediments and coaching teams on Agile principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
