Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled QA Tester with strong expertise in automation and regression testing to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will design and maintain automated test frameworks, execute comprehensive regression test suites, and work closely with development and product teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality software.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration tests
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops
- Perform end‑to‑end testing across multiple environments
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Cypress or Playwright, TestNG or JUnit
- Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks and utilities
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI)
- Ensure high test coverage while reducing manual testing efforts
- Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test suites
- Execute regression testing for new feature releases, bug fixes, and production deployments
- Analyze regression results and ensure defect fixes do not impact existing functionality
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing
- Hands‑on experience with regression testing
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
This position requires a complete onsite presence; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
We provide a background check in accordance with applicable law, including identity verification and employment eligibility.
The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $101,358 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
