About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and solutions-driven IT Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming our forecasting and demand planning capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced forecasting models that directly support our business growth and operational efficiency.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across planning, operations, and IT, ensuring that demand forecasts are accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and manage robust forecasting models tailored to business needs.
  • Support and optimize the demand planning process by enhancing forecast accuracy and operational responsiveness.
  • Leverage your expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR) to develop scalable planning solutions that integrate seamlessly across functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including supply chain, operations, and business analysts to align forecasting efforts with organisational goals.
  • Continuously analyze and improve forecasting techniques using data-driven insights and best-in‑class methodologies.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability for all demand planning tools and platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in IT development, particularly within forecasting and demand planning functions.
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR).
  • Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
