Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to provide onsite production support and enhancements for Salesforce applications in 2026. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on and lead‑level experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
, along with the ability to guide junior developers and work closely with business users in a client‑facing environment.
- Act as a Salesforce Developer providing onsite support for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
- Serve in a lead role, guiding junior developers and overseeing development tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce components including:
- Workflows
- Reports & Dashboards
- Automation (Flows, Process Builder)
- Provide day‑to‑day production support, issue resolution, and system maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization
- Participate in deployments, testing cycles, and post‑deployment support
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance
- Coordinate effectively with administrators, business users, and technical teams
- Create technical documentation and provide basic knowledge transfer when required
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven lead‑level experience managing tasks and guiding Salesforce development teams
- Solid understanding of:
- Salesforce configuration & customization
- Declarative tools and basic integrations
- Experience supporting production environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable working 100% onsite in a client‑facing role
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a strong support mindset
- Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
- Experience in support + enhancement projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
