• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX architects to transform internal business processes using custom AI tools
• Contribute throughout the full engineering lifecycle—from brainstorming to architecture, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop user-facing microservices that maximize adoption and measurable impact
• Integrate AI into enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Build tooling for AI quality assurance, auditability, observability, and cost control

• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and deploying production-grade applications in Python
• Proficient in using infrastructure as code and leveraging AWS services such as Bedrock, Sage Maker, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway
• Strong front-end development skills and understanding of UX principles
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience in cross-functional settings

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical fields (Mathematics, Data Science, etc.), or equivalent experience
• Experience in human-centered AI and cognitive science, including user behavior analysis and system design
• Familiarity with generative AI orchestration frameworks and enterprise AI deployment pipelines
• Interest in algorithmic innovation beyond generative AI
