- Experience with project management and managing offshore teams
- Tech lead experience
- Expertise in Spring or Angular
- Good experience with web services or JMS
- Strong Oracle database skills
- Elastic Search/Open Search experience
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
- Capable of managing the full SDLC
- Deliver quality projects on time and within budget
- Experience with Union Pacific development (a plus)
