As a Program Manager III, you will drive large-scale, cross-functional programs that span multiple projects and teams. You’ll ensure strategic alignment, optimize resources, mitigate risks, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on operational excellence across diverse initiatives.

• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and governance frameworks.
• Project Coordination
• Oversee execution of multiple projects within the portfolio.
• Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align program goals.
• Communicate progress via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Optimize resource allocation across initiatives.
• Champion best practices in program and project management.
• Support organizational initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience:
• 7+ years in program or project management.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-project programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and reporting dashboards.

• Certifications: PMP or PgMP.
