Job Description:

Senior Project Manager / IVR with IVR Technology experience is necessary and Sales Force is a major PLUS.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
• Communicate with a Senior Project Manager,
  
  Functional Area
  
  Manager, or Program Manager regarding status of specific projects.
• Drive moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects.
• Accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and practices specific to IVR technologies.
• Knowledge of Call Centers systems and practices is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the Genesys Voice Platform preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications, or equivalent military experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified time frames, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
