Role Summary

The Manager, Solution Delivery and Quality plays a key leadership role in driving the successful execution of digital products and enterprise solutions. This individual oversees a multidisciplinary team—including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers, and Quality Assurance Analysts—to ensure that business objectives are translated into high-quality, user-focused, and technically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers, and QA professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development planning.
  • Support career growth through coaching, skills development, and cross‑functional exposure.
Strategic Planning & Delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the solutions roadmap aligned with company strategy.
  • Oversee project and product delivery timelines, ensuring milestones are met within scope and budget.
  • Apply Agile and lean methodologies where appropriate to enhance productivity and product quality, while recognizing that not all initiatives benefit from a strictly Agile approach.
  • Partner with Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical feasibility and customer needs.
Operational Excellence
  • Establish and refine processes, standards, and best practices across solution delivery, UX design, and QA disciplines.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for project performance and team health.
  • Lead risk management and escalation processes for project and product delivery.
  • Promote cross‑functional collaboration between design, product, and development teams to enhance delivery outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units, solution delivery teams, and technology leadership.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable development initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, priorities, and challenges effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to adapt frameworks to fit project needs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, and QA automation frameworks.
  • Deliver software solutions that meet quality, time, and business goals.
  • Build a high‑performing, motivated, and engaged multidisciplinary team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Strengthen the alignment between business strategy, customer experience, and technical implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of 7 years of technical experience in software development, including a minimum of 1 year of project leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in leading software product development projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development design procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with standard software development tools, including incident tracking, documentation, and testing systems.
