Headquartered in Colorado, we operate across the country in more than 20 states, supporting various Federal agencies and the Department of Defense, often in space initiatives.

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer for a project in Bellevue, Nebraska. This position is
On-Site
and requires an active Secret Clearance, with a preference for TS/SCI clearance.

Job Duties:

Develop and design software for mission systems, collaborating with systems engineers, architects, scrum masters, product owners, and end users to deliver capabilities for United States Strategic Command.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field, with 2+ years of experience; or a related Master's degree with no experience required. Candidates considered experienced but still learning are eligible.
• Must be a US Citizen; the role requires a government security clearance. The facility requires special access.
• Ability to develop Java/J2EE code in an Agile/Dev Sec Ops  environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, Git Lab, Gradle, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, JIRA.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue), CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Web Services (REST), JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of AI/ML methodologies.

Essential Requirements:

US Citizenship and Secret Clearance are required, with a preference for TS/SCI clearance.

The annual salary range is provided in accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Actual compensation depends on experience, education, skills, and market factors.

Physical Demands:

This role involves sitting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and occasional physical activities such as twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. The position requires good vision, speech, hearing, manual dexterity, and the ability to work under mental stress.
