We're currently seeking a passionate and people-focused HR Generalist (Recruitment Focus) to join our team. We’re looking for an HR Generalist with a strong recruitment focus to help us attract, hire, and support top talent while contributing to key HR initiatives.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and build effective hiring strategies
• Create a positive and engaging candidate experience
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and support a smooth transition into the company
• Assist with employee relations, HR programs, and day‑to‑day HR operations
• Maintain HR records and support compliance with HR policies and regulations

• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience managing end‑to‑end hiring processes
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities
