I am currently recruiting for a meticulous HR Administrator to join a professional team on a permanent basis. This is a critical role for the organisation, focused on providing high-quality support across HR, payroll, and general administration.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the department running smoothly. Your focus will be on maintaining absolute accuracy within employee records and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee records and ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date.
  • Assisting with the processing of payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new starters and the offboarding of leavers.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies.
  • Maintaining HR databases with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
What You Will Bring

I am looking for candidates who are highly organised and possess a natural aptitude for administrative precision.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You must have between 1 and 3 years of experience within an HR, administrative, or payroll-focused role.
  • Attention to Detail: This is a critical requirement. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage complex data without errors.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with internal teams.
  • Professionalism: You must be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
