• High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus
• Proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results
• Self‑motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• The ability to multi‑task, stay organized
