The ERP Coordinator manages the Employee Retention Program, guides new hires through onboarding, and ensures orientation training is completed accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

The ERP Coordinator keeps the ERP program running smoothly. You will help manage the program, guide new team members through onboarding, and ensure orientation training is completed on time. Job duties include:

  • Handle ERP issues, report to leadership, and provide feedback to reduce turnover and improve attendance.
  • Facilitate ERP training sessions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate the Employee Retention Program and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Implement, monitor, and complete the orientation training program on time.
  • Report issues to leadership if ERP is not functioning properly at the plant.
  • Provide feedback to help reduce turnover and increase retention and attendance.
  • Facilitate ERP trainings using prepared resources and materials, including weekly trainer meetings, weekly new hire meetings, new ERP trainer onboarding, weekly leadership meetings.
  • Review attendance, turnover, and retention with Site Manager.
  • Partner with ERP Manager for best practices.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, using the escalation process when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Must Haves
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to train team members.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
What We Prefer You Have
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Previous plant experience in a role such as FSS or higher.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • External candidates should have experience in team member engagement or a similar role.
Our Environment

As ERP Coordinator you must be actively present on the plant floor during sanitation to conduct safety inspections, monitor team member training, and ensure proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. You will work in a wet, hot, or cold environment and may be exposed to chemicals such as bleach while wearing PPE. Shift may vary by location.
