Job Description

This position is within the Administrative Services Group Compliance Function and is responsible for leading the alignment of policies and procedures with corporate compliance standards. The role involves executing and coordinating compliance functions at the Business Line level, reviewing new and pending laws and regulations affecting business practices.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and recommend policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Implement compliance initiatives within assigned business lines.
  • Analyze laws and regulations impacting the Business Lines and develop or revise policies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with affected areas to implement necessary changes due to regulatory updates.
  • Represent compliance in projects involving regulatory changes.
  • Assist with litigation matters affecting compliance.
  • Coordinate with Group and Corporate Compliance teams.
  • Monitor major compliance risks.
  • Oversee training programs related to compliance.
  • Disseminate compliance information and updates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
    • 7-10 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
    • Experience supporting HR or IT compliance is highly regarded.
    • Knowledge of regulations related to Administrative Services functions is preferred, with a willingness to learn about relevant laws.
    • Familiarity with regulations such as BSA/AML, Privacy, OFAC, PCI Standards, and others is advantageous.
