Overview
Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Valet Attendants in Omaha, Nebraska to provide safe, efficient parking services and exceptional customer service. As a Valet Attendant, you will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel and hospitality guests. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, working outdoors, and fast-paced hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional valet service
- Assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval
- Answer guest questions and provide directions when needed
- Vehicle Handling
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections upon arrival
- Record parking locations on valet claim tickets
- Follow proper key handling and vehicle security procedures
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping
- Report tips according to company policy
- Teamwork & Professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional appearance
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Reliability and professionalism
- Commitment to safety and vehicle care
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
