Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Assistant Hotel General Manager for a full-time, on-site position in North Platte, NE. The Hotel Assistant General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include staff management, budget planning and monitoring, delivering superior customer service, and maintaining high standards across all departments, including food and beverage operations and overall business management.
The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing revenue, and fostering a motivated team environment.
- Strong expertise in Assistant General Management and Business Management, with the ability to oversee all aspects of hotel operations and drive organizational success
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle all customer-related concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to achieve operational efficiency and maximize profitability
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, with the ability to oversee quality and service standards
- Leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
