Job Summary and Responsibilities
Seeking Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our CHI Health Priority Care Team in the Omaha Metro area. CHI Health Priority Care is located in select locations across the system. We provide prompt, high-quality medical attention when your provider is not available. We offer same-day, unscheduled access to a primary care provider.
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing patient care for life’s non-threatening ailments and injuries. Providers should expect to see patients with everyday ailments that do not require a hospital visit. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.
Opportunity Highlights- PRN Position
- Minimum of 2 Shifts per month Required
- 13 Locations in the Omaha Metro Area
- 12 Hour Shifts - 7 Days a week
- Open 7 days a week, 8a-8p
- Care for patients 3 months and older
- No Call
- Epic
- Minimum of 1 year of Provider Experience REQUIRED
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- NE and IA License Required
- NE and IA DEA Required
- BLS
