Overview
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) for part-time support to K–12 students with special needs. Ideal for candidates experienced in school or youth mental health.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and develop tailored therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings.
- Offer crisis intervention, safety planning, and support trauma-informed practices.
- Maintain confidential documentation per regulations and school policies.
Current Nebraska license (LMHP, LCSW, LPC, etc.), experience with children preferred, knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral strategies, strong communication skills.
Work details20–30 hours/week, competitive pay ($35–$52/hr), schedule coordinated with school.
