Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established Florence Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups including well child exams, adolescent exams, sports physicals and adult physicals including pap and pelvic exams. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.

- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Schedule:
Tue - Friday 7am - 5pm - Average of 16-20 patient visits per day
- Flexible, independent practice style
