Work Schedule:
Clinical hours vary between 6, 8, 10 and 12 hours shifts depending on course. Weekdays, with day time hours.
Nebraska Methodist College is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nursing Adjunct Instructor to guide and inspire our nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences. If you are passionate about shaping the future of nursing, fostering excellence, and providing mentorship in a dynamic learning environment, we invite you to be a part of our faculty team. As an adjunct nursing instructor you'll have the opportunity to impart your clinical expertise, mentor aspiring nurses, and shape the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate engaging clinical experiences for nursing students, guiding them through hands-on patient care scenarios.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to design and deliver innovative and evidence-based nursing curriculum.
• Cultivate a supportive and interactive learning environment, promoting critical thinking, clinical judgment, and compassionate care.
• Mentor and advise students, providing constructive feedback to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, infusing real-world insights into the classroom.
Education:
• Masters of Science in Nursing degree required
