We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support patient recovery, working closely with Physical and Occupational Therapists.

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during daily check‑in and appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

• Experience as a Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, or in related settings.
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Education or experience in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
