Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional to work at a facility in Omaha, NE. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $47 / hour

• Full time day shift

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional
• A valid and current license issued by the State of NE
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT or similar license.

• Provide individual, family, or group counseling.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and symptoms.
• Develop treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Diagnose mental health disorders (within scope of practice).
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, or other providers.
• Educate clients on coping skills and treatment options.
• Refer clients to community resources and support services.
