Job Summary and Responsibilities
Location: CUMC-Bergan Cardiology Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call!

As our Arrhythmia Tech II, you'll be a vital part of our team, working closely with physicians and staff to manage and monitor a diverse range of cardiac conditions. You'll conduct patient education and instruction on the use of event monitors, Holter monitors, pacemakers and ICDs, including the use of trans‑telephone transmitter. This isn't just about reading squiggly lines; it's about using your expertise to identify potential issues and ensure our patients receive timely, quality care!
Job RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Experience: Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience as an Arrhythmia/Cardiac Device Technician required.
- Education: Graduate from one of the following healthcare educational programs:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Also must be a high school graduate. - Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure are a must.

Pay Range$19.87 - $28.06 /hour
