Base pay: $37,440.00/yr - $43,800.00/yr.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care (POC).
- Assist patients with self‑administered medications, including opening bottle caps, reading labels, checking doses, and observing ingestion.
- Take accurate temperature, pulse, and blood pressure measurements and report abnormal results to supervisor.
- Help patients maintain personal hygiene through bathing, grooming, skin care, shaving, oral care, nail/foot care, and related activities.
- Assist with feeding, nutrition communication, recording intake, positioning for meals, and self‑feeding when appropriate.
- Assist with toileting, including bed pan/urinal use, changing and positioning catheter bags, and procedures on well‑regulated ostomies.
- Safely assist patients with mobility, exercises, positioning, turning, transfers, and ambulation per Plan of Care and policy.
- Document care, changes, and pertinent information accurately and legibly per standard time limits.
- Practice infection control principles to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with light household duties such as laundry, bed changing, light meal prep, housekeeping, and shopping when ordered by MD.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program within last 24 months.
- Must meet applicable state certification requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- In good standing on the HHA Registry (if applicable) and have completed HHA/CNA course for Medicare agency work.
- At least one year experience in last 24 months as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or agency.

The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment. Pay may vary by location and individual experience.
