Base pay rangeSupervising Physical Therapist for Skilled Nursing Facility. (Pay will be based on skills and experience.)
Responsibilities- Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Discharges.
- Clinical coaching and development of supervised clinical staff.
- Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents.
- Documentation in Rehab Optima and Point Click Care.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist for State of Employment.
- Knowledge/Familiarity preferred with Rehab Optima and Point Click Care.
