• Provide respiratory care tailored to pediatric patients according to hospital policies.
• Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care plans based on patient needs.
• Operate respiratory devices, monitor patient responses, and educate families about treatments.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Supervise RT students and ensure proper documentation of care.

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program; NBRC certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience, preferably with pediatric patients.
• Current Nebraska Respiratory Care Practitioner license, BCLS, PALS, and RRT credentials.
• Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Therapist certification within three years of hire.
