Caregiver, Home Health Aide

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour weekend shift

Our business is locally owned and operated by Omaha natives, who have a passion for helping seniors age in place.

• Caregivers will follow a pre-planned daily care schedule, one on one, in their client's home.
• No experience needed. We offer paid training to all Caregivers, which will cover all of the following responsibilities.

• Engage in conversation and provide companionship
• Assist with non-medical hygiene personal care, (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)
• Medication reminders
• Ensure the client’s home is organized
• Assist with some light housework and meal preparation
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
• Mobility assistance (helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair)
• Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments/errands
• Monitor and report changes in physical needs and mental behavior

• Must be 19 years or older
• A High School Diploma is preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage
• A professional and friendly attitude
• A willingness to work flexible hours
