As our Acute Care Occupational Therapist at Immanuel, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders. Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.

• Provides occupational therapy assessment, care planning, patient treatment and education according to the professional practice guidelines defined by state and professional sources.
• Works as a collaborative team member to develop a coordinated care plan that is accountable to achievement of established goals.
• Is knowledgeable and completes all required documentation and billing requirements according to established local, state and federal law.
• Is responsible for the knowledge and application of measurable quality metrics associated with the area of active practice and periodically attends team meetings to discuss or improve program evaluation/quality measures.
• Provides supervision to occupational therapy assistants and techs according to established local, state and federal guidelines.
• Takes responsibility to stay current with evidence‑based practice guidelines and new research and serves as a professional resource to other team members in the area of occupational therapy practice.

• Competitive Compensation: $47.50/hour, plus time and a half for holiday work.

Occupational Therapist License in Nebraska and Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
